Marshall Jen is the Managing Partner of Edlinked, specializing in succession planning, family governance, and next-generation leadership. With expertise spanning succession strategy, NxGen development, governance, and entrepreneurship, Marshall is passionate about empowering future leaders to carry their family’s legacy with vision and resilience. He holds an MBA from CUHK, is a Certified Management Consultant, and is currently completing his Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Liverpool.ith real-world negotiation mastery.
